It’s taken a while to find an Instacart shopper but I finally met Kishia Nixon (online) and I’m going to photograph her in front of the supermarket where she’s been working. I’m bringing two cameras and an external flash. The weather has been great for me (cloudly) for days but now it’s just bright, bright sunlight, not a cloud in the sky, which isn’t conducive to good photos. I’m torn between getting whatever photos I can get or trying to get few that I can control the conditions of better. I figure though that eventually everybody is going to be too busy for this and I won’t have the opportunity. The stories are the important thing, it’s just vanity for me to want all my photos to be amazing.
